her annoying Robin by calling him birdboy and annoying star by blowing a kiss to him,
yet again i will move it to scraps once i learn how to colour on photoshop
(if you look carefully you can see she has wings)

Sparrow:
Gender: Female
Age: same as raven
Power: bird wings, change peopl into birds, change into bird herself
Personality: mix between raven and starfire
Secret: She's blind but if she turns her eyes like an owls she can see (in heat waves), but most of the time she jus pretends she can see and listens (she can hear very well).
Has she told anyone?: yes, Starfire and Raven, not the boys because of their attendancy of pranks.

That's neat, I like the frayed look of her costume. You say Robin, is this from Teen Titans? I'm actually into the comics, not the cartoon, so I don't really know.
